It fit - but tight
Skin tight fit but fabric thick enough where that is ok. Makes legs look long and thin. Definitely hard to eat a big meal in this dress

Steam the skirt!
I'm a 26 inch waist and the dress fit just so. The skirt gets messy easily so you'll need to steam before you wear it.

Day to evening
Material makes fit feel small but keeps things clean and tidy. If bust is small, wear a padded bra to fill it out. If conservative, cleavage could feel low but it is otherwise fine. Lower hem hits high waist so wear high waisted skirt or pants which will elongate legs. Great top. Can be hard to pair with bottoms if you aren't naturally high waisted
