The smocked waistband was a blessing for more petite folks since I could adjust the length of the dress by how much I tucked in. The length was perfect for me and the cut was flattering and forgiving. I felt comfortable throughout the bat mitzah and was able to dance my ass off with ease. The only thing I would have wished for was more room in the collar. Definitely keeping this in my rotation.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good sized bust so I felt self-conscious at the plunge in the front. Someone had put a stitch in it to close up the top but I should have stitched it higher. I paired with neutral heels and a purse.

The waist was very forgiving and hid my gut. Yay! It wasn't as itchy as I thought it would be. Only my arms would rub against the sequins every now and then. I found neutral, blush pink colored heels and a purse and it worked well. I opted to keep my jewelry minimal since there was so much glitter and shine from the dress already.
