I would say this is true to size. The fit is supposed to be a little oversized. I liked the fit.

I ended up returning this one without wearing it. The fit of the bottoms was strange. I have a short torso but it was almost like this outfit was too short in the torso. It was not a flattering fit.

I wanted to love this but the ties were hard to manage. They needed some aggressive ironing which I didn't feel like doing. The ties across my chest and waist did not have a lot of tie leftover after knotting it so it looked strange. Maybe if I went up a size it would have fit better across chest but it already was very voluminous everywhere else

This dress is everything! I cannot wait to wear it to a party in the next week or so. I probably could have gone down a size but it is suppose to be a roomy fit. I size up because most dresses end go being to tight in the bust. I most likely will choose to wear the color open. In that case I may need a little tape to keep things in place.
