Loved it
Very comfy, casual but not sloppy. I have a casual to business casual work environment, and i wore this with skinny jeans and heels and it was great!

Go with the RTR recommended size
It recommended i get two sizes smaller than my norm, and I should have listened. These were very baggy on me.

Must like shoulder pads.
I read reviews that this jacket is "boxy", and it is. The shoulder pads are legit - but too much for me. I couldn't do the pattern plus style, so returned it without wearing it. I had planned to wear it to work.
