The straps are hard to tie
I wanted to like this so much. But trying to figure out the right length to tie the straps at at the top, getting the bows as perfect as possible, I just found it kinda impossible to do, plus I just didn’t like how frumpy they looked at the top of my shoulders. If you’re self-conscious about how your upper arms or upper body look, I would not get this.

Gorgeous but careful with zipper
I absolutely love the pattern and the feel on this. Even when I took it on a beach vacation, it breathed very well and I didn’t get hot. But the one big caveat to be aware of with it is the same problem that every woman has with a romper: It’s just a little bit trickier too go to the bathroom and take it on and off. There was this annoying little thing with the top of the zipper where the clasp is, right near my neck, where it would frequently kinda clip my hair or get stuck in it. I think if you constantly have your hair up in a ponytail, or have a pixie cut, this is not an issue, but anyone with fine thin hair needs to be aware of this!

Cute as a button!
Wore this on a cruise to the Bahamas, and with all the heat and humidity, this was the most comfortable and breathable shirt I wore. Normally I don’t wear shirts that show my tummy because I’m a little self-conscious, but this shirt was perfectly loose and fitted in all the right places. There are three tiny metal hook clasps that connect the top at the front, so if the knot in front comes loose, it will still stay 100% closed (no sudden “flashes”!), so this was reassuring. The fabric is very high quality and wicks moisture well. Plus the orange pattern is hella cute, and I never wear the color but this top made me fall in love. Was difficult to send this one back!

My boyfriend couldn’t take his eyes off me
The pattern is gorgeous, very heavy fabric but with a slit for letting some air in. If you’re planning jewelry, I’d recommend silver tones. The fabric has a lot of red/purple/blue undertones, though, so matching to those would like great too if you want some more color. But the dress itself is eye-catching enough, you don’t need too much. If you’re self-conscious about your butt, the ruffles and thee angles of the slit will hide everything! NOTE FOR SMALL-CHESTED LADIES: I’m a B-cup and I needed a heavy-padded push-up strapless bra for this dress. There is a LOT of corset-like wiring in the upper part of the chest, and you will NOT fill this out if you’re A-cup or B-cup with a slim figure. I almost considered putting wadded up socks in front of my chest, but then I found a good strapless padded bra at Soma. The dress is beautiful and comfy. I wore it to a fall wedding in New York, temperature was in the upper-50s, felt great, but I would not recommend this dress if you’re going somewhere humid or in the summer months, you’ll be sweating. I am 5’7” and did not wear heels because I wanted a slight train in the back. If this is the look you’re going for, just knot that you may need to occasionally pick up the train (which I didn’t mind, because I wasn’t planning on dancing beyond a few songs). If I wore two inches heels, the dress would’ve been high enough

A bit tight
I am usually a 6 in most of my dresses, but have a bit of a pear shape. This dress does NOT stretch, I would not recommend it for an event where you need to sit for a long period of time (church service, dinner, etc) or want to be able to dance or move extensively. Perfectly fine for a small informal gathering or any time where you're mostly just standing around or walking. Fabric is lovely, especially the sleeves, and no itching or much difficult with the zipper.

Awesome dress for a masquerade party
I rented this dress for a Carnevale masquerade party. The pattern matched my mask style & color, so at first I was worried that the dress might not fit well because those were my only parameters for deciding to rent it. Luckily I ended up really loving the dress's fit too. It's definitely very thick and "wetsuit" like, so I would not recommend wearing it if you are going to be outside or in a humid/hot climate, as the dress is not breathable. However, my party was in February in the northeast, so it was quite cold. Despite the dress's material, I was able to dance and moved around very easily. If you are particularly curvy, be warned that the dress will not hide it well, but if like me, you like showing off what few curves you do have because it is still fairly stretch and uber-secure (I'm more of an hourglass, but a smaller size), this dress is awesome for showcasing a feminine form.

I was attending the launch party for a dating app. This is by far the sexiest dress I have ever worn in my life. You can size up if you want lots of space to shimmy around in, but because of the large cutout, I suggest making sure you go for the snugger fit so the left side doesn't let your breast pop out. I wore a pushup NuBra for the first time with this, and it stuck on me very well. I was dancing for several hours in this ensemble, and never once did I need to adjust anything.

Thanks to this wicked hot dress, I collected hundreds of dollars for Hurricane Sandy relief!
I was attending a holiday event that was raising money for Hurricane Sandy relief, and the director of the event pulled me aside at the beginning of the night and said jokingly "You know, many studies have shown that very attractive women are excellent at raising money", and then asked me if I could go around with him and collect donations for the 50/50 raffle from all of the guests. It was a blast, and all of the gorgeous gold sequins could be seen across the room. It was perfect. I usually don't wear anything with sequins because I think they're going to come off and get all messy, but the quality of this dress could not have been higher. They are tiny, and sewed very very tightly to the dress, so they did not flake off or chafe my skin like I'd expected. Just like any strapless dress, I did have to tug it up now and then, but overall it hugs quite tightly. I got a back up size one bigger (8, or 44), but I ended up wearing my regular size (6 or 42), and it was perfectly snug.

I had the most stunning dress in a room full of plain LBD's at a semi-formal cocktail party.
This dress is equal parts classy and sexy. I'm more of an hourglass/pear shape, so the longer sleeves really did a lot to help balance out the look of my bottom half. If you choose to wear a tighter fit, the lace may push up a bit over the bottom edge of the dress, because it's separated from the pink slip, which I didn't mind because I loved the pink color anyway so it didn't look bad at all. This dress is stunning enough in its appearance that I didn't bother with any jewelry. I did get the pink clutch featured by the model, it matched perfectly with the pink.

These earrings are divinely beautiful with any color dress
I was expecting them to be much heavier than they were, but the stud had fully free motion and was loose (rather than fixed in one position like most stud earrings), which made them great for lots of dancing, because they didn't tug on my ear as much. I think these would look stunning with any dress, because they're only partially blue whereas the rest is just regular white crystal

Looks and feels great, but far too long. Do not rent if you're going to a dance
Some other reviews have said the bust was on the large size, but as long as you wear a good slight pushup strapless bra, you should be fine filling it out. If you're A-cup, this may not be a good choice for you. I'm a size 6 most of the time, but I fit easily into the 4. Whatever your dress size is, definitely get a size smaller size. I gave this dress 3 out of 5 stars because while it was comfortable, fit well, and made me look and feel glamorous...I wore three inch heels, and this dress was still way too long. DO NOT GET THIS DRESS IF YOU'RE GOING TO DANCE IN IT. I was at a wedding and had to hold it up a lot so that my boyfriend wouldn't step on it.

Love the bag, but a little loose
This clutch arrived in great brand-new condition, and had just enough space for my smartphone and small camera. My only complaint is to make sure it closes completely. Sometimes I would click the little silver ball, but it wouldn't click it all the way down.
