Rich color for the cold season!
I'm between sizes sometimes so I take what's available. I got this in a 4 and really wish I had the size 2. It was looser from the rib cage down than I would have liked (not that I want things skin tight but I like a fitted, professional look). Either way, I got lots of compliments and it was a nice, heavier material. I paired it with black tights and leather booties, along with a double string pearl necklace for fun (although I was aiming for chunky and gold).

Conservative and fun!
I've rented this dress in a size 2 and 4, and for me, I prefer the size 2 because it's more fitted. The photo here is the size 2. But if you're in between sizes then go for what feels more comfortable to you because the 4 definitely still looked good, just looser in the stomach and legs. :) I got tons of compliments on this dress. It's a nice heavier weight making it great for all seasons! I just returned it but I'm almost positive it had pockets too (bonus!).

Statement work dress!
I. LOVE. THIS. DRESS. I normally wear a 2 or 4 but they only had a 0 in the store. Given that it's stretchy and has more of a wider cut around the hips I tried on the 0 and it worked! I got so many compliments on it and it looks exactly like the photo.

I'm usually between a 2 and 4 (although I usually go for a 4 when it comes to bottoms because I have workout thighs!), and I could not make these work. I am honestly not sure if even the 6 would have worked, I am too scared to try to size up and try again. They are cute but SMALL.

It's like wearing a classy towel, which isn't a bad thing!
When I felt this piece I thought, hmmm it's like a terry towel in the inside and a sweatshirt on the outside, how will this look? It actually looks quite cute in the casual sense on. It is VERY comfortable. I wore it wine tasting out in Oregon for the day. It runs cropped so tall ladies this probably isn't the best pick for you because it will be in between a capri and a summer length.

I wore this for a few events including a recruiting event for Google! It runs large but that's also the style. I would recommend going down a size just so you don't feel like it's wide on the sides. It's a heavier material and the sleeves are really fun.

The photo with the model looks really cute but the reality is it's hard to get this skirt to stay closed! It's a wrap skirt that misbehaves by shifting and opening a lot, and it's hard to get the bow to look like that despite my best attempts!

I love this item so much I've rented it a few times! You can dress it up or down, and you feel like you are in the most comfortable outfit in the summer sun. I also like that it's a longer length than a lot of the rompers. You can choose to cover your upper stomach or show it for a different look.

It was slightly shorter than a dress I would normally wear to work but I could still pull it off and be professional! I work in DC and this really was a great piece for work. I loved the fit, hugging my chest with flow around the waist. The sleeves were also a nice touch without getting in the way.

Really pretty!
I could tell from the cut of this shirt that I should size down from a small to an extra small, and I was glad I did. I like flow in my shirts but not the super flow that a lot of people wear so the XS was the perfect size for me. It was lightweight and pretty! I got lots of compliments.

I normally wear a small but for shirts like this I like to size down because I'm not a fan of super baggy, oversized shirts. I ordered the XS and it had the perfect amount of flow while also being a beautiful pattern! I wore it both to work and for a casual function.

Really cute pattern and it has pockets but has some flaws.
Really love the material of this dress and the fact that is has pockets but it has two flaws - (1) It runs tight in the legs and booty area which make it ride up from an appropriate length at work to a less than ideal length. Perhaps sizing up could have resolved this issue, and (2) there's a super long slit in the back I wasn't expecting so when it would ride up it would literally be slit right to my butt - yikes! I was forced to be careful all day as I navigated around the office.

Cute fun skirt!
I got lots of compliments on this skirt! It's fun and adds some flare to your outfit. I paired it with a dressy-ish white t-shirt and a cute pair of heels for work. My only complaint is the small felt a little snug throughout the day. It's an elastic band so it was fine but I noticed the fit.

Fun summer top!
Flowly fun too for work or every day, but it's more silky so it felt more formal despite the print. It's oversized. I usually wear a small and it was oversized, which is the style, so if you want something fitter go a size down.

Conservative but sexy!
I LOVED this dress! It is thicker material making it feel high quality, while also keeping you a little warmer when that air conditioning is cranking in the office. It hits at the knee, has a fun pop at the hips and an all around winner. Over the course the the day the top opened up more and I wish I had a safety pin for a few meetings (depending on how I sat), but otherwise it's awesome.

Comfy work pants that can also go casual!
I go between a 2 and 4 depending on fit, but usually for pants I opt for a 4 to make sure my butt and thighs don't feel too squished. Following the reviews I opted to go with a 2 for this pant. They felt like yoga pants, were comfy and I got lots of compliments. They are also high waisted.

Great dress! Classy, fun neckline, and it's right at the knee. If you pair it with a cute pair of large earrings it will be all you need. I normally wear a 2 in most dresses on RTR unlimited but followed the reviews and wore a 4 and it was perfect in every way.

Long but beautiful!
I wore this around Israel to make sure I had coverage for holy sites. It's great material and it's beautiful! It runs a little long, even with a one inch wedge, so best for taller shoes or people perhaps, or places that don't require a ton of movement.

Conservative with a fun print
I need a conservative dress for a holy site in Israel but one that would be cool enough to wear in very hot weather. This dress is very heavy and you need a black tank top with it for proper classy coverage. With that in mind, I think it's a high quality dress! Great for a winery perhaps!

These pants are excellent! They feel incredible, get air to all the right places if you know what I mean, and they have pockets! I wore them as I was touring around the incredible country of Israel and even rode a camel comfortably in them!

Super fun jumpsuit but runs short!
I rented this for work and then to transition into a post work event. Given that this is a professional environment I had to wear a tank top with it, but it looked good with it. Also I ordered the regular and it was the perfect length for flats. If you want it to hang over a heel, you're going to want to get the long version. Would rent again!
