I'm normally a 10 so I ordered a large. The bottom half fit me perfectly and I have average size hips. The sides of the skirt are cut higher than the front/back, shirt dress style. It was generally an appropriate length for work. I wore it with black ballet flats and a black cardigan. I had to layer a black tank under because it is very low cut. The top does not have darts on the sides at your chest and is generally a very weird fit on top. Without the cardigan on (it got very warm the day I wore it), it buckled out very awkwardly at the back of the arm hole. The arm hole itself is cut a bit bigger and lower than I would expect on a dress. I'm small chested but have a big rib cage and it was still quite loose up top. Perhaps if you have a bigger chest with average size hips this would fir you better. It was still plenty presentable enough for work but I wouldn't rent again.

This top runs very big. I'm typically a 10/12/L and the medium fit fine across my shoulders. It is also very long; I could not wear this without tucking it in. It didn't look right with jeans or fitted work pants, so I ended up wearing it with a dark navy pencil skirt to work. The arm holes are huge though so in order to move my arms around I had to pull quite a bit out from my waist band, creating a bit of a poof. Nothing was wrong with the top I received, I am just not a fan of the cut of the length or of the arm holes. Wouldn't rent again.

Fun print, but runs way too large! Such a bummer because this was sent to me brand new! I'm typically between a 10 and a 12, and am a true apple shape. I usually need a large in tops for room around my rib cage/shoulders/etc. This top's arm holes were way too large to wear. Because it is flowy and I wanted to wear it to work (with a cardigan over it) without showing off my stomach when I bent over/moved around, I had a white tank top under the shirt and the arm holes revealed a good 2 inches of my tank top on the sides/under my arms (if not more). This shirt was A LOT longer on me than on the model; granted, I am only 5'5" but this fell well below my hips. I love the colors and the print, I might rent this again in a medium when it is warmer out and I can wear it socially/casually and not layered to work, but to be honest I'm not sure if a medium would 100% fit, either.

The sleeves and torso were a tad long on me and I had enough room in my shoulders, I'm a true Apple shape so this definitely runs large. I am a true Apple, 36A, typically need extra room in the shoulders however the medium fit me fine. I have a shorter torso and it was a bit long on me. The fabric wrinkles VERY easily, which you can see in the photo. I took the selfie at work after wearing the top for about 7 hours and by that point it looked messy. It wrinkled from just sitting at my desk. I wouldn't recommend for days when you have an important meeting in the later part of the day.

I was really excited when I got this dress and the tags were still on! Sadly it was sent back... With the tags still on. I'm normally between a 10 and a 12; I am a true Apple shape and normally need a 12 in more fitted dresses and tops to allow for my broad rib cage and shoulders. this was only available in a 10, but turns out sadly I need a 12. I could have made it work, but my broad shoulders and rib cage pulled the deep v apart too much. I don't mind wearing a tank top under low cut things but with the way this was hanging on me, too much tank top would have been showing. I will absolutely rent again in a 12! It's worth mentioning from the waist down it fit perfectly, since it's flowy the extra fabric in the 12 won't make it look too big at all.

This shirt fit, but I didn't end up wearing it. It was quite long on me (I have a shorter torso). I would have had to tuck it in to dress pants. For a Parker dress, this Large runs a little bit big; not big enough to clam it "runs large" because I think it fits like a true large should, but Parker typically runs a little small (especially in their larger sizes) and this one does not. I'm in between a 10 and a 12, but I could have worn a medium in this one for slightly more fitted look. The extra room wasn't bothersome, though. tThe sleeves, however, are very blouse-y. I wasn't expecting that from the model pictures. The sleeves are very wide! I tried to capture that in my picture. Seeing as it is still chilly here I paired it with black tights and black boots. The dress is a bit more navy than black though so this could easily be worn with other colors too.

Wore this to work on two occassions, both times with black tights and black flat boots, and some sort of black cardigan (either drapey or normal fit) over it. Fit true to size, although if you want more of the baggy shift dress look I'd size up, especially if you are very curvy. I'm a 36A with average size hips and I had a comfortable amount of room in the 10, but if I was any bigger at either of my curves it would have been snug, and not very "shift" like.

This sweater is VERY thick! I wasn't expecting it to be so thick and so warm. I wore this to work with black legging-type pants, black flat boots, and a white button down. I was way too warm! However leggings aren't totally acceptable in my work place so I had to leave the sweater on to cover my bottom. If I were to wear it again I'd wear it to an outdoor event where I needed the warmth. Medium fit fine for how I had it styled, couldn't "wrap up" in it (which was fine as I wanted it open), arms were more baggy than I thought they would be, had kind of a blousey fit in the sleeves. Wouldn't rent again, nothing was wrong with it, just don't have use for something this warm my wardrobe.

I rented this dress in black about two years ago and loved it, so I decided to rent it in blue for a night out with friends. Well, unfortunately I've gained about 35lbs since the last time I rented and when guessing what size I would be now, guessed wrong (I wore an 8 2-yrs ago, rented a 10 this time around). I am normally a 10, but this was the only work-party-appropriate dress available (last minute) so I took a gamble with going a size up. I'd say it's true to size, it was big on me but since it's a shift it looked fine. The lace looked a bit worn on the dress I received, but not enough for anyone else to notice. You can totally dress this down and wear for a day event or even to work. I dressed it up with a big ivory and gold necklace and wore nude pumps. I own a ton of black heels and they're my go-to but nude looked way better as the dress kind of looks like a faded black next to a true black (it's a deep gray and has a slight tinge of purple to it). Overall, loved it!

I received these earrings as my "mystery bling" to go with a the Mark & James by Badgley Mischka Diving In Deep Dress. They are a terrible match for that dress!! (I've never been disappointed by the stylist pick for mystery bling before but these were a bust.) Anyways, that is not the earrings fault. The earrings themselves are very pretty, and are a vibrant green in bright light. I'd recommend for more formal occasions, a bit too formal for the cocktail party I was hoping to wear them to.

I think it ran a bit small (I'm normally a 10 and the large was a bit tight) could just be because the dress is fitted, though. I am a true apple shape and the dress emphasized this and made me look really top heavy. I don't have a big chest, just broad shoulders and a wide rib cage and the dress emphasized this and made my behind look teeny tiny I would recommend this to anyone who is straight/narrow or is curvy (the cinched material would look great if you have a waist line!). I wore this dress for a Military awards dinner/ceremony. As a civilian I wasn't sure what to wear to match the officer's mess dress, and this was perfect! Perfect mix of elegance and fashion, without showing too much skin (the slit is barely visible when walking). Love the fit, it was super comfortable, and the rouching on the front/side hid any stomach imperfections. I LOVE this dress!!! I am a RTR Pro member and I used this as my birthday rental for going to dinner with my boyfriend. It fit perfectly. I thought it would maybe be bit too "frilly" with the full skirt and maybe make me look bottom-heavy but the fabric is heavy enough that it falls quite nicely and doesn't poof out too much. I wear a 36A bra and usually have problems with dresses being a bit too tight on my rib cage, but this fit so perfectly. It would probably fit fine if you have a smaller band size as long as you have a larger cup size as well, otherwise it might be a bit too loose (at least in a size 8). I rented the 8 and 6, tried the 8 on first, and it fit so perfectly I didnt even try on the 6!

This was my backup style and luckily it fit because my main style was a disastrous fit. I don't have a large bra size, but I am broad shouldered/rib cage, and I did have to suck it in to get the slip done up all the way. I think a large would have been too big, though. The lace overlay fit perfect, fashion tape would have helped with the deep front but since I wasn't counting on wearing this I didn't have any on hand.
