I absolutely loved this dress. After a slight panic when I couldn't zip up my original rental with restrictive boning in the bodice, I worked with the RTR stylists to find this stretchy, gorgeous option for my baby shower. I got so many compliments and felt gorgeous. (I even got called "hot" which I would not have expected to be called while pregnant -- the dress is Magic! ;) ) The fabric is very comfortable and stretchy; I wore it all day with no problems. I did wear normal undergarments, but pulled the shoulder of the dress and my bra strap to the side for more of an off-the-shoulder effect. The dress did have some slight stains on the skirt but they were not noticeable unless holding the fabric close. The dress does not have a zipper, so be sure to watch your hair and make-up while pulling it over your head. Overall -- a fabulous rental, pregnant or not! I adore the feel of this designer's fabrics and the design structure of this bodice.

I had been a little wary of ordering something during pregnancy that was not technically maternity, but this dress was perfect. I ordered a M and L, and wore the M. It had plenty of stretch and was comfortable -- despite some slight scratching from the beading under the arms and on my hands if I brushed up too closely. But even with that, I would still rent this dress again. We went to fancy dinner and drinks during our babymoon and I felt so beautiful and sexy -- which can be a tall order while you're pregnant! Everywhere we went women and men alike were complimenting my beautiful dress! I did end up wearing belly support maternity undies, and had no problem with lines showing because of how high they go up. Did not wear a bra due to the low back. Definitely recommend this dress, pregnant or not, to anyone looking to feel sparkly and beautiful!

I was nervous when trying on -- the size 6 fit in the bodice but the waist was a little snug. The size 8 fit me better in the waist but the top was then a little baggy. I decided to go for comfort with the size 8. The straps fell down at certain points in the night which was a little annoying, but the color and detail of this dress made up for it. For a late summer wedding at a zoo, it was the perfect choice. The lace paneling and the pleats are so flirty and fun and the sweetheart neckline is really flattering. You may want to use some padding in the top, it looks like there was a place for inserts but they were not included. Would have helped a bit with the fit up top! Generally loved this dress and got lots of compliments from friends and strangers alike.

There is absolutely NO give in this dress. I usually wear a 6 but wore the 8 because the waist is pretty unforgiving. I wore spanx just to keep everything squeezed in. The overall fit was flattering and I received a lot of compliments throughout the evening. The sheer plunging neckline was my favorite part! A show stopper for sure.

I rented this in my first shipment of RTR Unlimited for a few press events I had to run around to in one day. It is a polished look, a nice weight. The color is a bit more cranberry/wine-colored than the picture shows; it was a bit darker than I was expecting. Overall I liked the length of the piece, but since it's meant to be worn open (there is no button) I should have sized down a bit. It carries a bit too drapey for my taste. Overall, a good blazer to add structure to leggings, jeans or over a sheath dress!

This was a fun RTR for me! The color makes you stand out and the fit and fabric is very comfortable for all-evening wear. Based on other reviews, I did size down one for my back-up rental, but definitely could have worn a size 2. It was loose in the waist and bust. I had to use fashion tape in order for the straps to stay put. But other than that, a sassy but classy look that I'm glad I went with! Got lots of compliments and felt fabulous dancing in it!

This was my first Rent the Runway experience. I was so nervous when I tried on my usual dress size (size 4) and it didn't fit. Thank goodness for the back up size! I would say because of that, this dress runs a little small. Overall, the dress was so eye catching and comfortable for me to wear. The draping is really flattering. I rented this for a fundraising event/fashion show, and strangers did not stop complimenting me all night! It felt great when after the show, even the models who walked came up to me to say how stunning my dress was. Needless to say, my boyfriend felt lucky to be my date! ;) RTR thinks of everything. I used the fashion tape they included on the top portion of my dress just to make sure the strapless portion stayed in place all night. Thank you, will definitely be a return RTR customer.
