In this picture I'm wearing the size 8, which is the size I ended up wearing to the wedding. The 10 was my back up size. I would say the dress is mostly true to size, but runs tight though the booty and thighs if you're curvy like me. So I was glad I got the 10 as my back up size instead of the 6. The 10 was too big though and was falling down. I wrote another review for the 8 that I ended up wearing. Loved the dress and received sooo many compliments!

I'm 5'2", 148lbs, 34DD. This dress just did not work for me. It was an awkwardly long mid/lower-calf length and made me look even shorter. It was big and bunched through my waist, but then way too small for my bust. I was worried my chest was going to pop the spaghetti straps. I ended up returning it and getting a different dress. The yellow was very pretty though and I liked the lace.

I was SHOCKED to find a jumper that fit my 5'2" frame. This was my first time ever wearing one and it was such a great surprise! I felt sexy and received compliments all night long, even from complete strangers! I wore this to an indoor party/ concert. I emphasize indoor because the material is heavy and would have probably been really hot for an outdoor event in the summer. Obviously this was not a cropped length on me, and touched right above my ankles, but I was just happy it wasn't too long. In my picture I'm wearing 4in heels but I ended up wearing flats to the event because I wanted to be comfortable. The material is super stretchy and comfortable and I was surprised that it fit my athletic build and thick hips/ booty/ thighs and still had a flattering slimming effect. I didn't feel the need to wear spanx. Just wore a regular thong, but no bra. My boobs are not taped in the picture, but I did tape them for the event (which made going to the bathroom extra tricky). It is an extremely low v-cut and I could tell many other women had taped or pinned because the garment was pretty worn on the inner edges of the neck line. I definitely showed a lot of cleavage at the event (can't tell in the picture), but I was ok with that. I think there are ways you could make it more modest though. As others have mentioned, it is a dark navy blue color and not black. Besides the bathroom difficulty, I absolutely loved this outfit and had the best night in it!!

I'm 5'2" and with 4in heels this dress in the regular length was perfect, just skimming the floor. It was a super comfortable thick stretchy material that sucked me in and hid any flaws. You can't wear spanx because of the mesh cut outs, but I didn't feel the need to. I'm a 34DD and filled out the bust well with no need to wear a bra or use fashion tape because it was already so supportive. I think the cut would make it hard to wear a regular bra anyway. It is a somewhat revealing neck line, but I didn't feel self conscious or like it was too much. I wore this to a black tie cancer benefit. The mermaid cut of the dress really showed off my curvy hourglass figure and I felt sexy and elegant. I weigh about 160lbs for reference. I did have some issues with my order as I had not used RTR in a long time, but customer service has been somewhat helpful and I think they are trying to be fair. I was in a rush ordering this dress at the last minute, but I highly recommend carefully reading through all of the FAQs and RTR rules before placing an order. I ended up spending way more on this order than I had anticipated or meant to.

I ordered a size 4 in this dress and got the 2 as a back up and I'm glad I did! The 4 was probably more comfortable, but I have an odd shaped athletic body. My waist is small but my hips and thighs are large. So the 4 bunched funny around my waist. The 2 was a much snugger fit, but looked sexier hugging my curves. This dress photographs so well and I received compliments all night! It's so elegant from the front and then people would ooo and ahh when I turned around. Loved it! My only complaint would be that it was a little tight in the armpits for me and the sequins rubbed there. But I have large arms and I didn't end up feeling uncomfortable at the event. Even though the size 2 was snug, the dress has enough stretch for it to be plenty comfortable and I danced the night away. I wore this to a formal party that my gym was hosting. The dress was perfect to show off all my hard work! I weighed about 130lbs for reference.

For the dress in the picture, I used it to keep the sleeves in place since the dress was backless. But, fashion tape really saved my night when I went bra-less for another backless dress that also had a low cut, loose hanging neckline. I taped the inside of the neck line to my chest so that when I bent over the fabric wouldn't fall forward exposing everything! Worked perfectly and I never worried that it would come undone. It sticks very firmly, but it not difficult to remove either. Love it!

This was my first experience with RTR and I was very pleased and impressed with the whole process. Loved this rental! It fit true to size and the somewhat stretchy material hugged my body in the right places, showing off my curves and figure. I didn't have to wear a bra.
