I have very large breasts ( 40 DD-DDD) which are not at all perky and I was able to wear this backless dress with a wonderful low backed body suit with underwire cups and far off shoulder straps. If you have a large bust I would suggest a similar undergarment. The dress fit true to size and was definitely form fitting so I chose to wear spanx as well. Good condition but if you're on the shorter side o would recommend heels as the length tends to make you look shorter already.

The dress fit nicely, though looking back I would have worn spanx as the skirt doesn't flare out all that much. The color is amazing. The dress was also surprisingly cool. I wore it to a reception dinner, outside in 90 degree heat, and stayed comfortable the whole time.
