Very nice top, runs very small
I actually ended up purchasing this top. I am generally a size M, but if the fabric has no stretch I usually need an L to accommodate my very full bust. After reading reviews I sized up to an XL and it was a perfect fit for me (hourglass, 36H).

Very pretty dress
I loved the look of this dress but it ran far too small for my figure. I typically wear a size 8 (sometimes size up to a 10 when the fabric has no stretch), but I ordered a 12 after reading the reviews. The body of the dress fit (if maybe just a tiny bit big) but it was a no-go on my full bust - I was completely smooshed in. Nice for an hourglass figure but would work better on someone with a smaller cup size. And anyone with curves should size up.

Insanely long
I'm 5'4" and would love this dress if only it were 2 feet shorter. Literally, 2 feet. It wasn't tea length; it hit my ankles and looked far more matronly than retro. Bummer for me - but if you're really (really) tall, it's a lovely dress.

Looked matronly on hourglass/full busted figure
The material is lovely and definitely felt expensive. I am a pretty standard size 8, though occasionally have to size up to accommodate my large chest when the item has no stretch. In this case the size 8 was a bit loose on me. I wore it to work, and whenever I got a glimpse of myself in the mirror I felt like it made me look larger than I am. The fit was just not flattering for my figure, but the blouse itself was nice.

Nice (Different Sleeves than Pics)
I love this casual top. It's so soft and comfortable, loose and flattering - doesn't just hang like a tent. The pics don't exactly match the item though - the sleeves are actually elastic-banded at the bottom.

Very well made dress
Nice fabric - thick, stretchy and fit true to size. I wore this to a funeral and felt appropriately dressed but would also be great for work or dressed up for a party with fun shoes and jewelry. I wore spanx to smooth out my midsection. Would rent again.

Classic Gown for a Formal Affair
Though the dress looked a bit wrinkled when it arrived, it smoothed out once I put it on. The fabric is nice and stretchy which is always great for my full bust. Very flattering for hourglass figures; the fabric hugs the curves but doesn't show lumps and bumps. True to size (8). I'm 5'4" and length was perfect with 4 inch heels but too long with a shorter heel. The bottom flared nicely but wasn't a true mermaid, so not too over the top.

Gorgeous clutch, but very worn.
I really loved the style of this clutch. The detailing was great and it added something special to my solid black gown. Unfortunately, it's pretty worse for wear. There were tons of beads missing/coming out and there were no loose beads in the dust bag, so it was shipped that way. I still loved the clutch and wore it anyway since no one was going to be examining it at the wedding, but honestly I think it's seen its last rentable days.

Nice top
I liked this top - I wear a size 8/Medium. I tried the small first bc of previous reviews, and I do think sizing down would have looked better it didn't work with my full (34H) bust. I sized up to the Medium which fit me much better, but aside from the bust it was definitely a bit big, just generally loose and the armholes were also a bit large. I'd size down unless you're very busty, in which case your usual size should fit well.

Great color and fit
Really cute, great un-tucked for a casual summer BBQ, or for work tucked into a pencil skirt with a cardigan. Fit was true to size (I'm usually an 8 and wore the medium). I wore with a cami underneath as I left the top unbuttoned as it was gaping at my bust (34H).

Not for my body type
This dress looked awful on me. The quality and embroidery were lovely, but at 5'4" with a 34H bra, it was all wrong for me. It came to my knees like a sack but didn't fit in the chest at all - it smushed my breasts until they were flat and misshapen looking. Definitely would be better for someone both taller and smaller on top.

I'm generally a 8/Medium. I tried this in a medium and while I loved the quality of this top, I'm quite busty and it was too narrow at the neckline/bust/collarbone for me. Size up if you've got a big rack!

LOVED this dress!
I felt great in this dress and received so many compliments. Great color and fit. The thick material and ruching flawlessly hides lumps and bumps. I'm very busty and often have trouble finding cocktail dresses; I was a bit tentative because the description said the dress is best for A-C cup sizes but I had a hunch it would work, and it did. The neckline was really flattering, no cleavage pouring out on top or my underarms. I wore a longline bra (the only way I can do strapless actually have chest support), and the ruching hid the boning/seams very well. The straps shifted on the shoulders a bit over the course of the night and needed to be adjusted but that didn't bother me too much. My only complaint is that the zipper was totally stuck. I couldn't get it back up after trying it on. My husband was finally able to zip it (with a lot of difficulty) and I was afraid if I unzipped it I'd never get it up again. Luckily I was able to step into it because of the stretch and cut of the dress. Just a heads up for you size 10s!

I rented this as a backup for a (non-stuffy) wedding but ultimately went with my original choice. I am very full busted so my choices in cocktail dresses can be super limited. I tried this one on first and was very pleased with it though, so had I not ordered the other one I wouldn't have been disappointed. It's very form-fitted and looks well made. I was worried it might not be dressy enough but it was (at least for this particular occasion). I noticed that in one of the other reviews, the dress sort of appears to flare at the leg. This is definitely not the case (at least in the size Medium), it is super form-fitting and made of a very stretchy material. I'd certainly rent this for something else.

Very cute, but very short!
I thought this was a really fun dress, and super comfortable given the stretch. My only issue was that the larger size was way, way too short on me (and I'm only 5'3"). My backside was literally out. Luckily I tried on the next size down, and it fit me too and strangely enough the length was fine. Still short, but in a cute mini way, not half naked. I would've preferred to wear the larger size, however, as I'm very busty and I just felt the bigger size would've fit slightly better on top. All in all, though, I was happy with my rental (yet again!)

Awkward fit
This was a really pretty dress, but the fit was completely awkward on me. The ruching didn't hang in flattering way, it sort of bunched and puffed, sagging in places. It looked nothing on me like it did on the model, but for what it's worth I've got a difficult body to properly fit - I wear a G/H cup bra and I'm petite at 5'3."

I LOVED this dress!
I wore this dress to my bridal shower (definitely not a 'bridal shower' type dress, but I had an evening shower, more of a cocktail party). I got so many compliments on this dress - it was very slimming and it was so comfortable to wear. I am VERY busty (bra size is 34G) and the v neckline was not too low to wear a standard bra, which is a huge bonus for me. I ordered a medium and a large - I am generally a medium in clothing but I usually need a larger dress in cocktail dresses bc of my bust. In this case the medium was definitely a better fit so I'd say it was true to size. The only drawback is that it was a bit longer than I would have liked (I'm 5'3" and it hit maybe 2 inches above my knee; if I didnt have a large chest it'd probably reach my knees). If I'd purchased this dress it would have gone straight to the tailor for hemming to achieve the mini-length in the picture, but that's most dresses and to be expected with a rental. All in all, I was SO happy with my purchase and cannot say enough about rent the runway!

Very vampy!
I received so many compliments when I wore this dress. The details at the top of the bust were gorgeous and I loved the metallic under-layer. Material was very substantial and slimming. I have a large bust (34G) and I had to go for the larger of the 2 sizes because of it. Definitely a great dress for an hourglass shape.
