Felt like a queen wearing this on New Years. Such beautiful fabric. I'm 6'2" so the length was a bit above the floor but it still looked elegant. I am an 8 in pants right now but the 4 was comfortable around my midsection.

Both sophisticated and incredibly fun to wear. The peplum top gives it elegant structure, the low back makes it sexy, and the jagged tulle skirt of course makes it wonderfully playful. My fiance and I both wore red converse (he wore a dark blue velvet suit) and had a fabulous night! Fit: I have tiny boobs so the chest was a little too big for me, but it still looked okay. Waist was too tight for me since it hit at my ribcage (since I'm so tall). But I'm guessing it'd be a normal size 2 for someone of average height.
