It was awkward, but heavy enough for very cold weather.
This whole order arrived three days late, so I didn't get to wear anything. I did try this on at home and it fit awkwardly. You do not need to size up to layer underneath.

Very long straps
I have a shorter torso, so the straps were a bit too long. I'm all good with a deep v as a long time member of the ibtc, but the fit of it was just slightly too long on top. I did wear it out to dinner, but I wouldn't wear it somewhere you need to be mobile for fear of a slip.

This one, I almost kept. I love a "Ms.Frizzle" dress, and this one is a low-key version. I didn't find it too short, and I'm 5'4", with long legs and a very short torso. The adjustable straps are nice. I got compliments from strangers on this one!

Perfect wedding guest dress
I wore this to a garden wedding in Italy, and it was perfect for the occasion. This is solidly a size 0 with a little bit of wiggle room if you have a small chest--it wasn't very form fitting on me because of this, but it still worked. If your torso is longer, then I think you'd be okay with the extra fabric up top.

Perfect summer dress
I wore this at least 10 times. It fits so well and is super flattering for my body type. The fabric reminds me of something Ms.Frizzle from the magic school bus would wear, but in the best way.

Versatile and a good length!
This fit me like a glove-- I'm 5'4" and have a smaller chest. I could see this being more difficult to wear if you have a larger chest. I wore it with black strappy kitten heels, dark brown-red sandals, and with classic white sneakers, so it's versatile.
