This is definitely a fitted dress - not body con though! It's kind of a chambray material. I wore it to work but am also planning to wear it out this summer. It's lined which is nice, though it does make it a little less breathable. I wore a strapless bra but you may be able to do a racer back.

This dress is super cute in person, though it does seem to run a bit short. I am 5'2 so I rarely have issues with length - could be because it flairs out at the bottom equaling less coverage. Overall a fun dress!

It's a cute dress but it runs rather small around the chest. I wouldn't have been able to wear a bra with it so I ended up not wearing. Best for smaller chested people. Good for work or a more conservative event!
