Perfect for hot summer days
This is very cute, and very lightweight even with the lining. Its a true sheath shape - very boxy at the waist and narrower through the hips although I didn't need to size up. Despite the boxy silhouette it is still flattering. Perfect for looking like a professional human on a sticky summer day in NYC.

The fit of this dress is great, and the floral print is pretty, but the background color is this strange institutional cement-like color that I can't imagine is flattering on anyone. I looked like a festive floral corpse. Rent something else.

Wish I could wear this everyday
This dress drapes so beautifully and it such a happy color. I have gotten so many compliments. I wore it to work, but it looks just as good with flat sandals, and I imagine you could dress it up for a fancy event.

So many compliments
This dress is so unique, but still flattering, and work-appropriate. I got so many compliments the day I wore it, including one from a random man on the street who screamed at me "that's a f&@$in hot dress, DUDE!" He is correct. Rent this. The fabric is very lightweight, no lining, good for summer days.

Looks good, wears oddly
The skirt itself is pretty, but is is nearly ankle length even on me at 5'8". This wouldn't be bad except the fabric is rather heavy and the cut is narrow. There is a side slit which allows you to walk but the heavy fabric flaps around your legs which is annoying and noisy unless you move with tiny bound feet sized steps.

Great print for spring
This is a small 4, which makes the skirt sit high on the waist. I am 5'8" and it was just at the edge of work appropriate with tights. If i rent again for warmer weather I would size up to try to gain length.

Cute and spring-y, but pockets show through
These pants would be really flattering but the giant (non-functional) pockets are clearly visible through the front due to slim cut. If i owned them I would take the pockets out but instead I wore a tunic-length top. I think to avoid this by sizing up would make the pants look too baggy.

Very slimming
I wore this twice, once with heels and once with flats (photo) and loved it both times. The high waist is very flattering rather than frumpy. The skirt is not lined and clings to tights underneath, requiring bare legs. The material is pretty thin, it will show any top tucked in, so anything but the slimmest of knits is out. For those reasons its not the best for a bitterly cold day, but it is really cute.

So flattering, but a little scratchy
Fits TTS at a very high waist. Although the skirt is not lined, it worked well with tights. I would love to rent it again with bare legs and a lighter spring look but the hemline of the skirt is very scratchy against your legs as you walk. With tights this is barely noticeable.

Awkward neckline/shoulder area
This sweater has a contrasting pattern in the knit which cuts in from each shoulder. On me, it accentuated my shoulders in a bad way, and made the fabric puff out just under each arm. I looked like a chubby linebacker. Not cute. I think on someone with more of a bust this might not happen, but it didn't look cute on me.

So warm
This is fully lined with faux-fur which made it wearable as outerwear on a 30 degree day. It is a really fun way to pep up an otherwise basic winter outfit. It is a little louder than expected, so I couldn't wear it to work over a sheath dress as planned. I'd rent again for the weekend.

So flattering, but runs small and rides up
I rented this in a size up but even so it was small enough in the waist that the sweater rode up to rest at my natural waist. Therefore if you aren't wearing this with high-waisted bottoms, it will feel uncomfortable. I will rent again in the spring and pair with a high-waisted midi skirt.

Cute but scratchy
This is cute, dressed up or down, but be aware that the fabric is a little itchy and with the mockneck, even a long sleeve t underneath won't fix that completely. Also, I did not mind this, but the slits are fully to your waist, so any underlayer will be visible.

Tight in the neck
This dress is really cute but it was small on me in my shoulders and chest, where I am already proportionally smaller. The most annoying part was the neck was so small it was rubbing on my neck. But the fabric is thick and looks good quality, I would size up to rent again.

Like a scrunchie for your hips - not a good look
This dress has a very cute print. It may fit apple shapes well, but looked ridiculous on me. Even sized up for length, the ruffled part at the hips, which is elasticized, was clinging to my hips. For it to hang free of my legs as in the model photo, like a true sheath, I think I would need a large which I would be swimming in up top. Too bad, the dress is cute in theory.

This dress is form-fitting, but very flattering. At 5'8", it was nearly too short for me, but flats and opaque tights made it appropriate for a presentation I delivered at work. This would transition really well to after work as well, I will rent again!

Beautiful color and flattering fit
This is a great dress for work or a professional event, or even date night. The color is lovely and the dress is very tightly woven, providing almost a Spanx-like effect around the waist and torso without being uncomfortably tight. I will rent it again.

Odd construction makes the dress hard to pull off.
I rented but did not wear this dress to work. Although the color was pretty and the fit correct, the dress only looked good when I was standing still. The moment I moved, the bands of embroidery would shift up my waist (the dress has stretch but not the bands of fringe) and create a "spare tire" look out of bunched up fabric even though the dress wasn't too small. I think for this phenomenon to be avoided, you would have to size up to such a degree that the dress becomes very baggy overall. Too bad.

This dress was definitely one size too big all over, especially at the waist. Even with the extra fabric, it still looked beautiful and I wore it to work anyway. Although the dress is sleeveless, the fabric and lining make it quite heavy, it is not a summer dress. If I re-rent this I would go down a size.

Cute lightweight dress, best for petites.
This dress is lined, so it can be easily worn over tights, but is very lightweight, so it may be best for warmest climates. At 5'8", this dress was just at the edge of too short for me to wear to work. Black tights helped, but the length is just a bit short for the office. On shorter women, it would be perfect.

This dress is gorgeous - great color!
I am generally a 4 or 6, but ended up wearing this dress in an 8R. The 6R fit, but I needed the tiny bit of extra length with the 8R in order to wear low heels. I went up a size in my ordering because I was worried about other reviewers' comments that "the dress shows everything" but I did not find that to be true. The double-layer jersey knit fabric is thick enough that it does not cling to minor imperfections or show your belly button. That said, the dress has a straight cut, so if you have a small waist compared to your hips or bust, be prepared the dress will hang away from your body at the waist. I wanted it to be more fitted around the waist, so I used a safety pin under the ruffle in the back to cinch the dress in for a more flattering fit. I bought the bra extender for low-back dresses offered by RTR and it did not lower my bra enough in back for this particular dress - go with a sticky bra instead.
