I am 5'7, 140, 34B, and a 4R fit me perfectly. I also had on 3 inch heels, but honestly, I could have worn flats, and it would have worked just fine. The back of the dress was so pretty! it was low enough to show some skin, but not too low, as I was still able to wear a strapless bra. The material was thick, but it also had some stretch too it, so it showed curves while holding some parts together for me lol.
