Overall the dress is cute and did do the job. I am 5'7 typically wearing a medium (155lbs and 34b) but ended up wearing the large back up size. If you have a pear shape body type like I do, and smaller chest- the dress sorta falls a bit tighter on the hips and leaves a bit more fabric around the stomach than originally preferred. The zipper is cute extra touch in the back but just heads up it does tend to weigh on the back lifting the dress up a bit closer to your neck than I prefer...making the dress a bit shorter for us taller girls. Overall it's a cute dress that you can dress up or dress down depending on the event. I did have to wait to put it on right before I got to the event because the fabric does wrinkle very easily.

I typically wear size 8 however this dress runs a bit small in the hips so the 10L worked great. The back is absolutely STUNNING! I received so many compliments! The material is great- hugs perfectly in all the right places. I did wear SPANX to help with extra smoothing for a slim- mermaid effect at the hips/bottom but if you don't have a pair no worries - the material is thick/tight enough to smooth out any area! In regards to length (I'm 5'7)- I personally prefer to wear flats so I ordered a regular at first but changed to Long before receiving and so glad I did! The long hit just right (covering my flats) but not dragging. Ladies - if you are similar in my height or taller and want to wear heels- I'm sure you could get away with a 3 in heel in the Long length! First time using rent the runway so I was curious about shipping process- delivered on time, not one wrinkle- didn't even have to steam it for the event! Easy to zip up and send back as well! Definitely met all of my expectations above and beyond! Will be back again!
