This was my backup dress. You absolutely have to step into it to get it one. The dress fit overall, but it was very long for a petite frame. I tried taping, and the hem fell. I ended up removing the tape, so as not to trip or have the dress catch my heels. I had to pull the dress up at the hips when walking. Standing still in the dress, I looked great as I had many compliments. I felt beautiful in the dress, I just wished a petite length had been available. I wore 4 inch heels and the dress was still touching the floor.

I ordered the 10 and the 12 as my backup size. The 10 was unable to be shipped so, I cannot comment on that. The 12 was absolutely too large and swallowed my petite frame. The dress was big everywhere and pinning could not save this look. There was lots of extra fabric at my back, the front gaped open, and the waste was not fitted on me. It was also too long. I looked sloppy! I ended up wearing a backup dress.

The color is beautiful. I had trouble zipping the dress. As I am between sizes, I’m not sure if it actually runs small or is true to size. It was a pinch too small for me, maybe a an inch? The length seemed fine for my stature.
