Wore this for my first day at a new job and felt like a Boss! Just the right amount of pink, shoulder pads, and oversizedness to make me feel unique. The size 4 is a true fit in the shoulders but does large everyone else. I rolled up the sleeves and belted the jacket over black skinny pants and felt fabulous all day long!

Very on the trend. I'm 5'4" and often these cropped pants fall too low on my calf. These were the perfect length though I can see taller gals also having no problems with the length. Very professional yet chic. Perfect for work!

Medium ran large but it was a good pop of color against a black dress for work. I think the jacket's been around the block a few times though as it didn't feel that new to me. However, good staple and perfect for hiding figure flaws.

Cute in theory but enormous and boxy. I typically weat a Medium but could have gone with an extra small in this case. One thing that doesn't show up in the pictures is the black lining on the underarms of the sleeves-which give the sweater some interesting detail. I ended up not wearing the sweater as I could have fit 1.5 of me in it.
