Don't size up!
Normal size is 25 and I should've kept that size for these! The 28 was very loose, but still cute and very comfortable.

Gorgeous soft lines and color
This dress is a dream! Beautiful skimming fabric, and the color is the softest grey. It fit me well in the top and was slightly loose in the hips.
