Cute but runs way too small
I'm usually a 2 or 4 and could NOT wear the 4R, it especially was to tight in the bust and I'm not unusually large.

I wore this to the official inaugural ball-- it was perfect!
Hard to see in the photos, but the green and blue pattern has a beautiful foil/shiny sheen. It is more low cute than I prefer, but it worked. I did have to use the chicken cutlets, a strapless would show.
