Great dress. I wore this for a work event. It was just enough sexy, but still very appropriate.
Runs a bit big and needs to fit snuggly. I didn't want to be uncomfortable in a strapless bra and the cut outs would show a regular bra. I was able to get away with a regular bra by tightening the straps to sit on the edge of my shoulder. It worked because I was at an event where I was seated most of the evening. For dancing a strapless bra would be needed.

Gorgeous dress. Sexy, but simple. I got tons of compliments.
The cut outs are very wide and low, which makes it hard to find a bra that will work. Cleavage is kind of needed though, so unless you are really perky, I wouldn't forgo the bra. I wore a "U Plunge" which worked, but occasionally would creep into the cutout window. In hindsight, body tape would have helped.
