This is an absolutely beautiful dress and I was so excited to wear it. When I ordered it they didn't have an alternate size to send me. When it arrived I tried it on and it didn't fit -I mean, I couldn't even zip it up. I've got a pretty big chest but I've never had that much trouble fitting into a dress before. I usually wear a 10-12 but this must have been a fit for a size 8. I should have read the reviews on the dress before ordering it. I called on a Friday morning and they overnighted me a replacement dress right away that was on my doorstep first thing on Saturday morning. EXCELLENT customer service.
