I would suggest sizing up. It is VERY tight around the chest. I'm a 36B and I could barely get it zipped up, and the snap in the front would not stay closed. Very tight on the ribcage!

I am 6 mo. pregnant and it was a little tight around hips and belly causing the dress to rise. The slit in the back came up a little too high. Otherwise, the dress is very comfortable and pretty stretchy! I would suggest going up a size if you are wearing the maternity dress or have wider hips.
