The dress was perfect for my husband's work party. I typically wear a size 6, and the 6 fit me quite well. The top was a bit big though (I have a small chest), so I found myself pulling it up every so often. (The sides and back just covered my bra so I had to pull it up to make sure it stayed covered.) The neckline does not lie flat, and I had trouble finding a necklace that looked right with it; however, I was able to dress it up with other jewelry.

The medium was a bit too big for me on top but fit perfectly on the bottom. The small fit me perfectly on top but was way too short ( I wouldn't have minded showing off most of my legs. The issue was the short inseam - it kept riding up.). Basically, someone with a bigger bust than me would look good in the medium, and someone with shorter legs than me would look good in the small.
