Nicely constructed.
This fit perfectly at the waist and chest, but was too tight at the hips. I was not able to sit down. If I sized up, i think it would be too loose at the top. This would work for someone with narrow hips.

Quality fabric, nice cut. A fun and flirty outfit.
Just one thing to note - this is really short. I have long legs so the shorts pretty much looked like underwear on me. The ruffles just covered my buttocks.

The fabric was thick, making this sweater quite warm. The flounces at the bottom are well constructed. A really unique, interesting piece. I wish I could keep it.
