SO MANY COMPLIMENTS
This is such a winner. Just unique enough to be worn in a variety of settings. In a week, I wore it for a client event, a normal work day, and a dinner and show. Incredibly flattering/forgiving given both the fabric and the asymmetrical design. Length was just a touch long, so I did have to hold it up walking on stairs, but I really loved this rental.

Loved this for a casual work event
This was really lovely for a "casual" summer work event. Only criticism was the strap length was too long and I spent a lot of the evening fussing with them/trying to get them to stay on my shoulders.

Loved this BUT
As with everything by this designer, the fabric was flattering and the cut was just lovely. Tons of compliments. Length was great on me (and I'm just 5'2"), BUT I didn't realize just how cleavage-baring this was until later looking at photos.

Gorgeous green
I wore the 12 as the 10 was not available...and the 12 was way too big. (All of which is to say: this is true to size, and maybe generously sized.) Perfect work top, though, with or without a blazer. Loved the material and the color.

A little too Star Trek
The color was gorgeous, and the fit could not have been more perfect. Sleeve length in particular was A+. Overall, though, it felt a little too "Star Trek" for me.

Summer cocktail party perfection
The color of this dress is absolutely gorgeous. I received a TON of compliments. The style was on trend without being too edgy for a work function. As other reviewers have said, the fabric is very thin and not at all forgiving. I also had some trouble keeping the shoulders in place, likely because of my bust size (36DD). I wouldn't let those two criticisms stop you from renting this dress, though. It is a real winner.

A+ for contrast and trim
I thought this dress would be perfect for work, and the fit/cut/length absolutely was. The shimmer to the fabric made it a little dressier than anticipated for my typical Monday. But overall, a solid dress, and I would definitely rent it again.

This dress is perfection.
This dress is remarkable. For me, this was a stylist pick after my original choice offered a little more cleavage than would have been appropriate for a formal work event. This dress hugs in all the right places, and - as others have said - the fabric is awesome. I received so many compliments (color, style, length, etc.) and am now completely hooked on RTR. If you are on the fence about reserving this dress, do yourself a favor and take the plunge. You won't regret it.
