I'm more of a straight body -- narrow hips, not much of a waist -- and was converted that it wouldn't be flattering on my waist but it was. Super cute. Sexy and classy too. Yes, a bit short but not too short for Vegas. I'm 5.4, 140#.

I'm a big short waisted and I had to pull up a good 1-2" of fabric at my shoulders in order to get the waist to sit in the right area. So I couldn't wear the dress. On top of it, note that the dress is completely sheer in the back with a very large keyhole opening. A bra destroys the look -- not only would it be seen through the sheer lace fabric but it would be seen in the keyhole as well. The dress was also a bit more cherry red than I expected -- looked a bit more orange red in the pics. A gorgeous dress but it didn't work for me.
