The waist is TIGHT and the shoulder and breast area are loose, so I wouldn't recommend this dress for a heavy chested person. Its great for tall people. If you are uncomfortable with your curves, it does do a balloon like shape. BUT, for my body, this dress fit the most perfectly out of all the dresses I have worn.

This dress if for tall ladies. The top is much tighter and the hips were very loose. I had the dress professionally altered to take in the hips. I have a small chest area, and it was tight. The length was beautiful, the skirt flowed beautifully. I wasn't hot or cold and it was a perfect wedding guest dress for a start of summer wedding.
