Dress doesn't have much stretch, nor does it breathe. I knew it was a risk getting a dress with sleeves for an outdoor wedding at the end of June in MD but it was the hottest day of summer so far! So all in all it stayed pretty comfortable despite the heat. The ties had to be pulled as tight as possible cut they are very thin and sometimes felt a little like they were cutting into me. The color is definitely red, though it looks kinda pinkish in the pictures and the flowers are black and white, there is no blue. Overall the dress was flattering- great shape! Although without pulling ties super tight it was pretty revealing in the chest. The last photo is me wearing only a tape bra and I think it sort of made the neck pull open more. I'm short and curvy with a relatively big bust. Usually wear a 14/16 - tried both in this dress and the 16 was better for keeping my boobs in check. Didn't have to pin it though - just enjoyed the cleavage. Also my fiance had to tie the strings for me bc of the awkward location under my arm.
