I'm normally an 8/10 (34DD) and the M was snug but comfortable. Material is stretchy. Zips up the front and very flattering!

I love the color and style of this romper. The sleeves and flare of the bottom is beautiful. The shorts are VERY short and the top is low cut. Great for a date night but too revealing for a family night out with the kids. I normally wear a size 8 pants and an 8/10 (34DD) in rompers and the large was really tight. I would have been more comfortable in the XL which is not a usual size for me. Cute but size up!
