Could not even get this over my shoulders.
Weird fabric. Could not even fit this over my shoulders to put it on and I have narrow shoulders.

This dress is VERY bright and VERY fun! I mean, florescent-in Miami-drinking blended drinks poolside-florescent! Flattering in every way. Snatches the waist, full long skirt, very comfortable, and makes the girls look good.
