I have been eyeing this dress for weeks, just waiting for my size to be available. Finally! The 4R is available! I have never added something so to my cart and confirmed shipment so quickly! RTR recommended a 2R but I am a pretty true 4 all around and so I went with the 4R (plus, RTR size recommendations are seldom correct for me). The 4 fits me fine, I had to pin the top together so I wasn't exposing my bra, but I'm almost certain I could have gotten away with the 2R. I have a good inch to inch and a half of fabric at the waist that I could have filled out. Walking in the dress is fine for me but if you have stairs or a rolling chair at work, you will need to bunch and hike so you're not tripping over it - and I'm 5'7 in 3.5-inch heeled booties. So if you're short, this dress is probably not for you. The hem is uneven which wasn't very clear on the model so it would take some maneuvering to tape a shorter hem. All in all, I love this dress and will definitely rent again in a smaller size.

I really loved this dress and spent a good 30 minutes trying to make this dress work. This dress fit everywhere except in the chest/shoulder area. It would have been perfect if I could take binder clips to the top of the dress (where the dress sits on top of your shoulders/collarbone area) to pull the dress up about an inch on each side to keep my chest from falling out of the dress. I don't think I could have sized down as it fit me perfectly around my ribs and through my arms - and the slits were already very high as it was so a shorter dress would have exposed all sorts of things. I maybe could have worn a bralette underneath but it is very, very low-cut and so I think even the bottom of the bralette would have been exposed. Plus, it still would have been noticeably gaping so not really sure a bralette or cami would would have worked that well. I wore this dress for all of 3 hours and that was all I could handle. Otherwise, the dress was beautiful and a great color. I just don't think my chest was large enough to fill it out.

Dress was great and flowy and kept everything fully covered - which is hard to find in a wrap dress sometimes. I am a pretty standard size 4 but I do have larger arms and my fear was confirmed: the arms of this dress were very snug on me. I'm pretty sure I could have sized up to the 38R and the fit would have remained the same and the arms would have been comfortable. The material is also very lightweight so be wary if wearing in the fall as I did. Would definitely rent again in the spring but would definitely get the next size up to accommodate my arms.

Fabric is a little stiff and overall little "give" to the dress. As others mentioned, the slit is a little high and unnerving but it is a wrap dress so, what else do you expect? The dress is bold but not in-your-face loud. The fabric is light enough you're not sweating in the heat but also heavy enough that it could block the wind on spring or fall morning. Overall, I love this dress. My hips are a little wide and so shimmying the dress over my hips was a little nerve-wracking but I managed. And once it was up and on, it looked and felt great! Would definitely rent again.
