My desired size was unavailable, so I sized up for length. I think this dress is definitely true to size, as the size up was a but big on me. It is elegant with a little sass. The cutouts add a an extra element. I received multiple compliments throughout the night. Dress is very comfortable to walk in/dance. I was able to wear a backless/strapless bra.

Fit is true to size. The dress is long, which was great for my height and I could still wear tall heels. Because of yhe way the dress is constructed, I was concerned about the fit on my hips (I have a long torso), but it fit beautifully. It could work for short or long-waisted individuals. Definitely need some tape for the top to stay put, or something placed on breast area to keep things in. ;) georgeous dress!
