Very comfy for pregnancy!
I'm 5'3" and 170lbs 20 weeks pregnant and this dress worked nicely with my bump. I dressed it down for a BBQ with my brown birkinstocks. My one thing is as other people mentioned it's pretty tight in the boobs and it sort of pulls up and exposes a white backside of the fabric right under the chest. Didn't buy it for that reason. Nice length for petites.

I'm 5'3" and 170lbs 20 weeks pregnant (big bump!) and this shirt just hung off me. It didn't accentuate my curves at all and was too short in the boobs (36DD).

Petites, size down
I'm 5'3" and 170lbs 20 weeks pregnant (big bump!) and this dress in a size XL (recommended by RTR) was enormous on me. Couldn't wear it. Lots of extra fabric and waaaay too long. If you're petite, size down. Very stretchy.

Very transparent and the drop waist was super weird with my baby bump. Unflattering and see through. Skip it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress. 20 weeks pregnant. I'm 5'3" and 170lbs. A little long for me but nothing I couldn't manage. The dress has an insert that helps it be nice and supportive on the bump and smooths the curves. Great for weddings as it supports you on the dance floor. Might buy it!
