Love Kate Spade dresses but this one missed the mark for me. I am pear shape, small waist and bigger butt and there is a seam that cuts right across the hips and butt and does not make the dress flattering. Just highlights that area and hangs wrong. I can normally wear a small or medium (size 6) and got the small so maybe the medium would have been better. Felt very staticky too which is a huge turn off for me.

I wore this to a bridal shower with black tights and booties because it was very chilly. I felt so comfortable and confident. The buttons on the back of the neck are difficult to do. It's a fabric covered button with a small stretchy loop that has to fit around the button so small annoyance. I'm not normally sensitive to fabric but I did notice after wearing it for a few hours my neck was red so if you have skin irritation you may want to pass on this. Overall amazing dress. Flowy and comfy
