Fun and festive!
I rented this for my graduation and a small party afterwards. The dress is beautiful, with deep colors and a perfect petite fit. The only downside to this dress is that if you have to sit for an extended period of time (say, for a three hour graduation ceremony) the neckline and arms can get a bit tight, so you need to readjust occasionally. Even so, I wouldn't have sized up - the waist and length were perfect otherwise.

Beautiful fabric, unique and elegant cut
Listen to the other reviewers - this dress runs very small. I sized up, and then up again for the backup, and ended up wearing the back up. The dress has a lovely cut - classic lines with a bit of edge to the sleeves (and, of course, pockets!) and fits nicely when you hit the right size. It's very low in the back, so you'll need either a low strapless bra or (if you can) no bra at all. The fabric has a lovely pattern to it up close, and the color is a blush that does better in daylight than night. Overall, excellent dress!

Gorgeous color, perfect fit, and pockets!
I loved this dress. The color is rich, the lace overlay (which doesn't show as well online) is delicate but adds a level of daintiness. Because of the boning, you don't need a bra, and of course, it has pockets. Highly recommended!

Great dress, but not for petits.
I loved the idea of this dress, but as other reviewers have noted, there is simply too much volume at the top for petit women. I wore it for a birthday dinner and received many compliments, but I had to change the placement of the belt to meet my waist and roll up the sleeves. This is a superb dress, I just wish it came in a petit size!

Wish this had worked!
I desperately wanted this dress to work for a black tie event close to Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, the 2 was too big in both the bust and waist, and the 0 was unavailable. The fabric is sublime, and it is a truly unforgettable gown - richly colored, lovely cut, and pockets. I will definitely rent it again - this time in a 0.

Classic glamour!
This dress was a last minute replacement, but thankfully it fit like a glove. The only problem was the length - I'm 5'3" and even with 4" heels it was still a bit long. Still, the dramatic back, sweeping skirt, and sparkly belt garnered compliments all night long. Also: pockets. A must rent!

Perfect for a fall/winter wedding!
I rented this dress as a backup for a destination wedding, and while I didn't wear it, I will rent it for another event soon. The gown is very flattering, and the high-low is a fun feature. If you are shorter, plan on wearing higher heels, because otherwise the back will drag on the ground. If you are bustier, the top might be snug - I had to size up. As other reviewers have noted, the fabric is VERY heavy, so this will not do well for warmer outdoor events or weddings where you plan on dancing the night away. The color is gorgeous, though, and ML has designed another stunning gown. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, classy, but nothing special
I rented this dress for an evening wedding. The past dresses I have rented garnered a huge amount of compliments - this was not one of them. The dress is well made, fits well, and is a gorgeous color, but there isn't anything special about it. If you're looking for a dress for the umpteenth wedding of the year (like I was) this will do the trick, but if you're looking for something show-stopping, keep shopping.

Fun necklace!
This was sent to me as a mystery bling to go with a formal dress. I liked the necklace, and it worked perfectly with my dress. The metal is much more matte than it appears in the photo, so if you're looking for something sparklier, this isn't it. I got several compliments on it throughout the evening. Would definitely recommend!

I felt like a Grecian goddess on vacation!
This is a gorgeous dress. I wore it for a formal wedding in Miami and got compliments all night. It runs true to size, but if you are busty, the top might be snug - just size up. As another reviewer mentioned, it does have a ton of fabric, but it's not too heavy or hot - I wore it outside on the beach and was fine. With 3' heels it was the perfect length for me, but if you are shorter than 5'3" be sure you have on higher heels. Overall, I loved this dress and would highly recommend it!
