I loved this dress and got so many compliments at the rehearsal dinner I wore it to. It JUST fit around my bust/ribs so beware if you have a larger chest, but if not this is a winner!

I would say this skirt fits true to size, as I am between a 4 and a 6 but pretty consistently a 4 in high-waisted skirts. The color and material were beautiful and the leather detail gave it something special. I wore this to work with a simple black shell sweater, but this could definitely be dressed up for an event. The slit gave me some trouble in the wind, but was fine while walking around/sitting at my desk otherwise.
