I had a rough ride with dresses - I couldn't order back-up sizes because they weren't available. The first two dresses didn't fit. Less than 48 hours later I had two more dresses. I chose one of them, but really wanted one size larger. RTR sent me the larger size, but FedEx lost the package. Hold times on the phone were too long, ranging from 35 to 80 minutes, but the customer service agents were very helpful. Ultimately, after working with me to get me all the dresses on time, I was offered a full refund because FedEx lost the last dress. I refused the refund, and wore my 2nd choice size which worked "well enough". RTR sent me a discount coupon for my next order. When they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they mean it! I would love to see more agents at the call center.

This dress is drop dead gorgeous, and so flattering! Size was as expected. I didn't wear it, because it felt a little over the top for a black tie wedding, but I'll definitely rent it for other formal events.

If I had the option for a 6P I probably would have worn it - the 4R was a tiny bit tight and I had to wear 3" heels. The fabric is amazing. It's similar to neoprene, and hugs in all the right places. I had complements all night! I did use hem tape to secure the top to my chest. Without the tape it buckled out when I moved.

This dress runs small - I float between and size 4 and 6, and this dress was only available in a 4R. Usually a 4 is slightly tight, and a 6 is a bit big. I have broad shoulders, and the dress wouldn't come close to zipping up the back.
