had potential but didn't quite work for me
i think you could size down to get that tighter fit. the proportions were off on me so i would be open to trying a size down but then i worry it will tight in the arms. material is thick and there is a nice compression to the lining

heavy dress that pulls down
this was almost good. the material is unforgiving and the dress is heavy that it pulls down the waist too low. not for me!

dress was great in photos but fit is weird
the belt as others mentioned does not match the dress size. i wanted this dress and all that was available was the xl. it was big but not terribly so. the belt was incredibly tiny. risky rental!

i'd recommend sizing down as the cardigan is loose - if you want a more polished professional al look. i did enjoy it oversized a little as i threw it on while traveling to look out together. can't go wrong either way!
