If you're going to show up, show out!!
I wore this to a daytime event where my friend was honored in the 2022 class of Women in Tourism (NYC) and this dress was perfect. I wore a size larger to have wiggle room in the bodice (and waist) and the sleeves were very fitted at the wrist. The XXL equates to 14-16 and although it's meant to be fitted, I wanted it to be more comfortable. I received TONS of compliments and just happened to have a pair of Steve Madden reptile-like shoes that worked perfectly. I only wish I didn't have to return it.....so lovely.

I attended a woman's empowerment group. It was the first chapter in NY but is all over the world.
I'm so glad I read the reviews, I could have worn my regular size but due to the comments about the sleeves, I went a size up. The dress was gorgeous, comfortable and I literally wore it for 14 hours, due to all the commitments I had on that day: breakfast meeting, luncheon and dinner with friends. I'd gladly rent it again.

This dress definitely lived up to the hype!!
WOW!! This was one beauty that I wish I didn't have to return! I received compliment after compliment all night long and felt like a Queen! As with my other rentals, it was a bit of touch-and-go zipping this baby up, but a little soap rubbed into the zipper took care of that issue. There is zero give in the sequined bottom of this dress so hopping in a car or a cab took some crafty moves. If you choose this dress, you will not be disappointed....just be ready to be the star of the evening!

I was with my besties!!
This dress is absolutely gorgeous, fits perfectly and is well constructed. I love ANYTHING with pockets which was a deciding factor. Unfortunately, I couldn't wear it. I ordered it for my birthday dinner with friends, as I like to present myself as the Queen that I am (LOL) however, the weather had other plans. It was 94 degrees on the day I wanted to wear this dress....it is a heavy brocade and I would only be inviting heat exhaustion, had I worn it. Very disappointed but I will be renting it again for another occasion.

My event was a lavish, fun-filled, elegant wedding of a very dear friend.
I loved the fit but felt that the back straps had to be adjusted to keep everything classy. I absolutely adore any dress that has pockets and these were hidden, which I also liked. I definitely went against the old adage about horizontal stripes and I think it paid off. I popped the muted colors with a pair of green suede shoes that had metal adornments and a jade necklace. This was a great choice and as I am a fan of Badgley Mischka, it was an honor to wear their design.
