LOVED this dress. I normally wear lower key outfit but have always wanted to wear a dress with a cape and this was perfect for a holiday party. I got so many compliments and it was a confidence booster for sure. There was some stretch and give so it wasn't too tight to walk in. Came to lower thigh when standing and I'm 5'2. Was a little short for my taste while sitting so ankle crossed all night. It moved great for some dancing we did. Just a stunning dress overall.

This ran true to size, and I wore 4 inch heels to get it not to touch the ground (I'm 5'2"). It is a very thin and soft, stretchy material. It will cling to and expose every curve, good or bad. Beware what undergarments you wear. Highly recommend pasties as you can't wear a bra since it's backless. I also highly recommend no-show panties or going commando because the lines are easily seen. I loved being able to tie the strings anywhere I felt like it and actually tied it on the other side.

The material has breathable stretch and is quite soft despite the texture. I normally wear a medium and that fit perfectly, but was a little bloated (thanks Mother Nature) so I was able to hide some curves with the large. The length was great for city walking and modest when I sat. The color complimented my skin tone so well, and I highly recommend it for ladies with golden undertones. The neckline held up well, not revealing too much, even though it was a little large up there. Recommend seamless undergarments or thong and strapless bra, as there is no bust shape to go without. Ultimately I wore this to a red carpet event, in which my film won Best Short, so everyone there saw as we walked across the stage to accept the award. I received several compliments from actual fashion designers who were there as well! Great dress!

It was so flowy, the material was extremely breathable, and my gosh the versatility. I think I was able to put it 15-20 different ways when I first tried it on. My husband even loved it! If it ever goes on sale, we're definitely buying. AP was a great length for me at 5'2" and I could make the dress even shorter if needed, which I did when we started dancing. This one would've been great to come with suggested styles, but I looked through other reviews for inspiration. I wore this for our web series red carpet premiere. It's my first screen debut as a principal actress so I wanted something the would stand out, but without being elaborate. This dress fit the bill!! I have been wearing larges recently, but the medium fit great! It was very comfortable and the asymmetry gave a sexy appeal. I did not wear a backless bra, which I wish I had, so I highly recommend getting one. One con: when you sit down, the shorter side gets even shorter, which was not conducive to our Q&A session on stage at the end. There was so much leg and hip I tried to cover. The dress was so comfortable in the fit. It stretches with you and allowed me to dance and do some crazy wedding traditions. The color is perfect for fall, and the lace was very soft (versus itchy which I've had before). I was nervous about wearing a dress with sleeves because I've always had issues finding any non-athletic sleeves that fit my arms. Very fun, light dress. The tail on the side was just the right touch of elegance. There was some breathing room in the waist area, so I didn't have to worry about not breathing while sitting or eating. But unfortunately my hips were too wide for the medium so I had to wear the large. That made the bust area a little loose and I had to be a bit caution raising my arms up. My stride span was fairly limited and I couldn't do any big dance moves, or walk very quickly. Other than that, great dress that the bride complimented me on before she even said anything else!

I originally ordered a medium and that one became unavailable, so I wore the large. It was a bit bug, but I felt like I could still pull it off. The material wrinkles very easily, which I was unprepared for, but steam does wonders. Make sure to leave time for that. Also the neckline was plunging!! I used a safety pin to close it up a little because fashion tape was not holding that together. Other than that, it was fabulous! I felt free and not constricted. The material is breathable and my gosh, the color! It was perfect for my skin tone. Being dark with yellow undertones is hard to find multiple colors that look good, but this one did the trick. I highly recommend for that complexion. Plus it stood out from everyone else without being "the standout" and detracting from who the party was for. Great for a fall wedding in a moderate climate. I love the asymmetry. Overall a great choice!

This was a dress sent as a replacement since my original order didn't make it in. I didn't really like the pattern but figured I'd give it a try anyways. When I put it on, I immediately took it off. The elastic around the waist was not very forgiving and was a bit tight under my ribs. My little-more-to-love in the middle was very apparent and tapered into the dress, but with a lumpy/frumpy appearance. Because my hips are very wide, the sides bowed out exaggeratively, which I normally appreciate, but the synching of my waist kind of ruined it. PRO: The material was breathable, more cloth-like. I think I could have appreciated that during the dancing at the holiday party, but this rental just wasn't meant to be.

This dress was perfect for a night out. I was able to wear a regular bra and the ability to push the sequins to either gold or blue was a great feature! I ended up doing one side of the top gold and the opposite side of the bottom half gold as well, giving it a unique touch. The only down side is that, being Fun Sized at 5'2, it was even still dragging the ground with 6 inch heels. That's just a problem I run into with any gown, which is why I didn't knock the dress itself down a star. Surprisingly breathable as well!

Fit great, and held the girls in together without too much cleavage thanks to the black strip across the chest. It was still as short on me as the 5'9 model and I'm 5'2 so I'm not sure how that worked out. (I'm curvy but not that curvy to take up that much material.) I wore it to my company holiday party (which as you see was Harry Potter themed; I didn't follow along that too well). Because of the length I wore the leggings which worked out great. The next day, I went to a friend's birthday party at a club (without the leggings), and found a cute blazer at H&M that morning to dress it up a bit. It was an absolute hit and caught many eyes both nights. PROS: Great for showing off arms, back, and legs. Hides the midsection quite well and isn't too saggy even though it's not form fitting. CONS: The sequins did pinch a little bit throughout the evening, but wasn't devastatingly annoying. It's a romper so give yourself extra time to go to the bathroom because it all has to come off. Overall great rental!

Due to a ridiculous hurricane blowing through town and every place on the list for the evening closing, I didn't get to wear the dress. HOWEVER, I would love to rent this dress again. The material hugged in all the right places in my opinion, showing off my hips and giving me more of a coke bottle figure instead of my actual pear shape. The draping sleeve was just so eye catching and different from what you would typically see out anywhere. I don't have any cons, but could possibly see the material riding up over time when you walk if you've got some hips to shift. Other than that, I totally dug it.

I wore this for a night out on the town with a friend. It was quite roomy, but it was a little big. I typically fluctuate from a small to medium depending on the fabric, so I recommend erring on the smaller side. I love rompers, and this one was long enough where I my thighs didn't rub together, which was nice for a change. I liked the mesh material because in a club, where you're dancing and it's hot, there was always a nice breeze, but there was never a time where I felt exposed. I only gave it 3 stars because: 1. It was so big that I had make shift safety pin the top because the girls were just hanging out all over the place, since it was not stitched until you reach the waist. 2. It had very much a business type feel to it with shoulder pads, and seemed a little too formal for a night on the town. Maybe I'll have a better experience getting a smaller size, but I wouldn't leap to rent this one again.

I found this dress to work beautifully with my skin tone. Not only that, but the color is just so rich in gold that it really added an extra pop for our engagement photos. I love lace, so the design was perfect for my style. It did run a bit small around the waist, so I was unable to get my wide hips all the way into my usual 6, so I went with the 8. (Previous reviews helped me decide to use a 6 as a the back up.) The smaller waist definitely made up for it in flare around the hips. It worked perfectly with my pear shape and the nude tulle peeking out fluffed up much more than I thought, so it gave me a mini princess feel. It is free moving and the neckline didn't dip too low; it gave just enough leeway for a classically revealing look. I only worn it for the first few minutes of the pictures and wish I could've worn it longer, but was worth it nonetheless. I'd say it'd be great for a bridal shower in the future, maybe for one of my bridesmaids.

I simply cannot express how much I love, love, LOVE this dress. I truly hope it goes on clearance because I will be stalking to buy it. The material, while heavier than most, was comfortable and breathable. In the Houston summer weather (95+ deg, 100% humidity), it was quite manageable. It also stretched quite a bit so it was the most comfortable size 6 I've worn in a long time without feeling self-conscious about areas fitting tighter/looser than others. It was twirly, which I adored for our engagement photos, and just had so much class. The sleeves/lack thereof were the perfect width and they conservatively covered the girls, while providing shapeliness to them. My favorite feature: POCKETS. God bless these designers who are creating more and more dresses with pockets. These are very discreet, yet spacious enough for my phone, keys, and wallet. They are designed in such a way that the dress naturally billows outward and inward in a flow similar to a very widely pleated dress (without the pleats, if that makes sense.) Bottom line: you couldn't see the bulkiness of the pocket items. After taking our engagement photos that morning, we headed straight to church and it was perfect considering it was the Sunday before Labor Day, so almost everyone was in white. I received so many compliments. This dress was just such a confidence booster; I felt pretty, free, classy, and sophisticated the entire time I was wearing it. I highly recommend.

I wore two outfits with this set of earrings and they definitely provided that touch of minimalist class to fit both. They are small and didn't detract from the outfit itself but added enough glimmer for closer up shots. (Sorry for the kissing, but this is one of the better ones with the earrings visible.) I wore this for my sororities probate. I normally wear an eight, but the six fit me pretty well. I'm not extremely blessed in the chest but I like to think that I have one, and the dress definitely held up well in that area. The back didn't slide down like I thought it would, which was definitely a plus. I loved the "flowyness" of the skirt portion, and the floral designs, which are hard to see in the picture. But it's great in real life. I only gave it a four because I just wish you could see the detail in the bottom portion of the skirt more, but that's what you get for wearing all black; Everything tends to blend together. It was a great fit! I've always been concerned about sleeves simply because I lift, and a lot of sleeves Tim did not fit my arms. However, at this material was very stretchy and forgiving. It also stretched enough to cover my backside to the point where I would is very comfortable walking around downtown. One drawback, is the sequins did get caught on each other every now and again, but other than that an absolute great dress, and a head turner for sure.

First the bad, there was a sna-foo and I had to wear a size larger than what I originally ordered, but it was only big in the bust for me so I had to keep my goods secure throughout the day. Also, the material was much thicker and different than I expected. It was more dull and just heavy in general, but that ended up being a good thing as it was colder than what I was expecting. Now the good! It was my school colors for starters :). It also gave some room for breathing about mid-stomach. I added a black belt to go along with my shoes as it did show some of my bloating, so that helped shape it. I loved the freeness from the wait down though. It's not stretchy material, but it's not going to cut off your circulation. The neckline was adorable for me personally.

I loved the color of this dress on me! The ruffles and flowers were what stole the show and it was so unique. Even though the dress was noticeable, it definitely did not detract from the bride. It was the perfect subdued color, yet nabbed the attention of many guests. Downside is that it's not very stretchy, so I went a size up to an 8 and eating was somewhat of challenge. Then again, I'm starting to weight lift so my body is going through many size changes right now, so I'm not sure how accurate my experience was. Also, as a size 36B, my chest was exposed just a bit when I bent over or took pics/selfies from a lower angle with friends. All in all though, great experience! The dress fit very small in the bust. Unfortunately I have a small waist and large bust so I had to choose. The bust in the 8R that I got as a second size fit, but I looked pregnant and then I had to have two girlfriends squeeze my breasts into the 6R. My boobs looked somewhat squished and awkward. Other than that, my waist looked tapered and bum popped just the right amount. I adored the split in the front! I was able to show off my shoes (and a little leg ;), but was able to cover up my soccer scarves higher up on my thighs. I did my hair in a hair flower bun and accessorized with simple gold dangle earrings and was set. This was for the Navy/Marine Ball at my college: Texas A&M, where I am in the Corps and my date (who's wearing the uniform) is the Commander (he's the boss of 2,250 cadets).
