I don't know if I just have an abnormally large rib cage or if perhaps kate spade expects their customers to have a more demure bosom, but i could not get this zipped past my 38 D girls. Not sure I would have worn it anyways as the 14 seemed to be showing a damaged patch of sequins on the front of the skirt. Fun dress though - if it fits you you should twirl all night in celebration.

I second the woman who said she normally wears a 14 in BM dresses but found this to run far too small. Other Badgley Mischka dresses I've rented fit perfectly, and while I did technically fit in the dress, there's no way I would have enjoyed myself in it. It was tight to the point of making me feel like a stuffed sausage, yet oddly baggy around the stomach? Too bad because it is a gorgeous dress.

I tried this on in the showroom in the 14 and the 10 with no luck but since i LOVED the color I hoped the 12 i ordered would fit perfectly. And well, it almost did... the deep v meant a traditional bra wasn't going to cut it and trying to wrangle the girls into an appropriate position with an adhesive bra proved fruitless. I think in the end the top was just a little too big/blousy to stay put on me through a whole night of dancing. Thankfully my back up dress was a better fit.

Such a gorgeous color, tons of compliments all night. The zipper is a NIGHTMARE (could barely get it zipped in both the 12 and the 14, so it wasn't the size or the particular dress) so this would work best if you have a trusted companion without a wreck-able manicure to to zip you up. Also, the boning can dig in a bit, so be mindful of that as well. But the draping and flow was very flattering and great for dancing! I'm nearly 5'7" and the regular length was perfect with tall platforms - so figure you probably need at least 4" heels if you're any shorter than I am .

These were gorgeous but heavy and CLIP-ON. I had to keep taking them off through out the night to let my poor earlobes recover, which was too bad because they are truly stunning earrings.

I wore this to a black tie wedding and people literally could not stop telling me how fantastic I looked. No one could believe it was rented as it fit so perfectly (and now they all want to rent for the next wedding). Incredibly flattering and possibly the most comfortable gown I've ever worn. The photos hardly do it justice since its all about the flowy movement of the dress when you walk (or twirl!). The slit on the left side was a surprise but an elegant one! Very Angelina. My only style note is to avoid beaded/sequined/glitter accessories which can snag the delicate fabric easily.

Gorgeous color, fun dress. Wore with black tights and booties - a great look for a business event where I wanted to make an impression, but not show too much skin. Keep in mind that because of the fabric, you will probably need to iron it a bit before wearing. Also the side seams where the pockets (YAY pockets!!) are starting to fray a little (at least on the size 12) but nothing overtly noticeable.
