I rented this dress for a christmas party my hubby and I were hosting in our new home. I have been eyeing this dress for MONTHSSS and kneww that this would be PERFECT for the occasion! I read all of the reviews and paid special attention to previous renters with a similar shape as myself. I have an hourglass figure with full hips and thighs. For reference-- I am usually a size 6 dress but for safe measure-- I rented a size 8 and 10. I was underwhelmed when I saw the dress in the garment bag but I was BLOWN away (and so was my husband) when I put on the dress. The size 8 BARLEY fit so I opted to wear the 10. Sooo ladies-- if you are curvy and have a full bottom you may want to go up 2 sizes. I received compliments THE WHOLE NIGHT! I felt so beautiful and sophiaticated in the dress and it fit soooo perfectly with the winter wonderland theme we created for the evening. I wore very simple accessories and a classic red lip! I am tempted to rent this dress again just because ! Lol!

I rented this dress for my bridal shower! It was an instant hit! I felt very bridal and not matronly. I received so many compliments from my fiancé, my parents, girlfriends and complete strangers! This dress is true to size, see thru and hugs EVERY curve. May sure to wear proper undergarments. This dress is fair long and stopped a little above my ankles. The flutter skirt is soooo feminine. I would recommend wearing strap-like heels. I was in a bind and had to do with these. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed this rental. I paired this dress with a bold necklace and clutch purse and a bold red lip. I am debating renting it again when my fiancé and I do our court wedding. If you are hesitant, rent the dress (make sure to wear proper undergarments) and rock a bold red lip!!!

I wore this for the fiancé's birthday celebration. I wanted something was timeless yet modern since the restaurant tends to lean more on the conservative spectrum (think old cherry wood and spiral staircases). I am usually a size 6 in dresses but read the reviews and opted to order up for my back-up (size 8). And thank God I did order up! The size 6 would not zip up past the black belt. The black belt has NOOOOOOO give. The size 8 fit perfectly. The dress is somewhat long and might be overwhelming for the petite. The fiancé lit up when he saw me ready and I received sooooo many compliments from random strangers during the evening. The skirt portion has such lovely detailing. This picture doesn't do it justice. There is no need to over accessorize-- I wore black booties (we are still in the dead of winter); minimal jewelry and a bold burgundy matte lip. I plan on renting again for our holiday pictures towards the end of the year. If you are on the fence--- RENT IT!

I travelled with my beau to Savannah, GA for the long holiday weekend. This dress fit in perfectly with the low country ambiance. I felt like a true southern belle. I received nothing but compliments from strangers and even the Bae received compliments (on how lucky he is to be with me). One woman was in complete awe she took my hand; complimented me and took a pic. I will warn you--- the dress fits tight in the rib cage (I am still trying to decide if it was because it was truly tight or because I was indulging in fried foods). The dress is VERY revealing. I opted to wear the tighter dress so that the girls will stay in place (36C). I did not wear a deep plunge bra but I suppose you could wear one if you like. I had some difficulty with the zipper, I am guessing it had something to do with the fabric. To aid the zipper, I used the white soap method (look it up on Pinterest). The underlaying slip was a little tight around my hips (I have wide hips) but it wasn't noticeable. The dress is HEAVY but I had no problems walking around in it on a 90 degree summer afternoon. Styling tips--- less is more !!!! I wore simple sandals; a crossbody purse; almost no jewelry and a BOLD lip--- red orange will look perfect with this dress. If you are on the fence with this rental--- just get it. You will NOT regret it !

I really wanted to like this dress but there were SEVERAL issues. The bust area is EXTREMELY small. I do not recommend for anyone above a B cup. I had to look for a bralette to wear with the dress. This was a huge inconvenience. The cutouts and the fabric make the dress look very casual. I wouldn't wear this dress to a formal or semi-formal function. If you are petite all around then perhaps this can work for you. Any busty ladies?? Please do yourself a favor and look for another option.

I simply LOVED this maxi. The fit was perfect and true to size. I opted not to wear a bra because the fabric was sturdy. I loved this dress soooo much I wore it 3 times during my rental period--- to brunch with the parents; a music festival with the bae and an open air market with the girlies. So effortless--- pair it with sandals and a jean jacket and you will look and feel like a million bucks ! I received soooo many compliments.

This is my 2nd time ordering with RTR, the first time my dressed was delayed and didn't arrive in time for my event. I was soooo heartbroken. But was compensated for the inconvenience and decided to give them a try for my birthday dinner. The process was pretty seamless from choosing the dress; to checkout; to shipping and tracking. I was apprehensive that the dress wouldn't be delivered on time but I was pleasantly mistaken. The packaging was very smart. Essentially a garment bag that doubles as packaging for shipping. The dress fits true to size. My measurements are 36-27-39 and I typically wear a size 6 or s/m. I opted to wear the medium because I do have hips and needed the dress lining/slip underneath to lie flat. The lining was somewhat annoying- not really sure what purpose it serves the dress- the dress is made of thick material and is not transparent. ALSO KEY TO NOTE- there is no zipper you have to put the dress on over your head. And the room for the neck is rather narrow with little give. I would strongly suggest to put on the dress first before hair and makeup (and wear a robe while getting dressed). I didn't wear shapewear just had a no carb diet a couple days prior to the dinner. I received nothing but compliments from random strangers the whole evening. My boyfriend could not keep his hands off of me (always a good indicator) !!!!! The slit is really a show stopper. I felt absolutely beautiful!!! You will not be disappointed. Lovely experience will rent again.
