Ok so I got my box which was extremely exciting and I open up my gorgeous red dress to try on which looked amazing and it had a large hole on the side!!!!! Luckily the event was still two days away so I phoned renttherunway and they immediately over nighted another dress to me. The customer service was exceptional!!!!! I was very happy and impressed by their immediate concern and action. The dress they shipped arrived promptly the next day and it fit great. The dress hugs your curves and is definitely a head turner. The red is a nice deep red. Great length. Has just the right amount of sexy but still sophisticated. Rent it!

I loved the dress. The detailing is really pretty...the fit is slimming and the length was great. I rented if for my 20 year high school reunion, however I had to go with my back up dress because the bust line was way too low. I knew that I would have to be checking it all night and worrying that I might have a slip up!!! Other than the extremely too low bust line the dress looked amazing.
