Pajama pants
I could not get behind the idea of wearing these in public. The fabric feels inexpensive and thicker than I expected so it does not drape well and therefore is no ‘flow’ to the pants as you walk. They fit fine, but as you walk they become tight around hips and butt and almost twist, becoming tighter. Not a flattering pant overall.

Would rent this again! It is cooler than one might expect, the material is thick, but extremely breathable. I would have kept it because there aren’t a lot of great short sleeve options to rent.

This brand is so conflicting in their pants. The last time I rented a pair of Hudson jeans I had to go up 2 sizes! So, I went up 1 size in these and they fell down around my hips! I do love the extremely lightweight, long, pant though! I will rent again in a smaller size.

Cute high-waisted jean
I might have been able to wear the next size down. There is a lot of room in the hips and butt. The waist cuts in and it gives a great curvy, feminine look, in my opinion. There was just a lot of material bulging in the front when walking or sitting and that’s why I feel like I could size down for a better fit.

I’m normally a Medium in all things and sometimes size down, but with my past experience of renting a Phillip Lim top, I knew to size up. I loved it. Wore it twice. It is a bit warmer than you’d think because of the non-breathable, although lightweight, material under the arms.

Thought these would run a little snug like other DL1961 jeans do on me, but these are a very soft twill and I should have ordered a size (or 2) down, not up. I will love them once they are the right size. Currently, they drop down below my hips and that's just from walking a few steps in my apartment!

Billowy blouse
There is a lot of material to this blouse and I followed others suggestions by ordering a size down, but the problem with that is the shoulder seams then don't fit right and are too far in. I reordered my normal size medium and am going to embrace the oversized design of the blouse. It definitely needs to be tucked in because it does nothing for the shape of the body by looking balloon like when untucked.

It was tight around the waist and the sides didn't lay down, they bunched up under the armpits. I'm reordering a size up and hopefully that will help let the material to lay better since it will be bigger around the waist area. It most definitely does not fit like pictured on the model, it is not oversized in any way.

I ordered my normal size and they were so tight around my waist, hips & thighs. I double checked the size to make sure the right one was sent because the fit was completely opposite from what all other reviewers had said. I reordered a size up and hoping that works.

The dress is pretty, much longer than I had expected even me being 5'8" it came to my ankles. It was just too much covering/material for the event I was going to. The sleeves were a beautiful large glutter sleeve though.

Hem was flipped, skirt too tight to sit without exposure
I had to press out the hem a few times in order to get the skirt to lay right. The collar and sleeve ends have a small wire to help keep the shape of the ruffle, but unfortunately the collar wire was no longer holding up the structure. I had to wear the dress anyway for an event because it was the best out of the 4 dress options I rented. The skirt was extremely tight around my hips and it was NOT a good situation to sit down in it because it slid alllll the way up.

High back slit
It is a beautiful coat. I received many compliments on it. I only wore it outside for 2 car transfers and it did the job of keeping me warm for that short time. I had a short dress on with hosiery for an event. If I had to walk farther in it I would not have stayed warm on a surprising 40 degree night.

Upscale sweater dress
I didn’t wear this because I had no plans that fit the occasion this dress would be worn for. I only had work and dinner with colleagues planned. It would be a great dinner date outfit or for a night out with friends! Maybe l’ll rent again in the future to actually wear longer than just trying on for the mirror.

Thin pants
Thankfully the pants run large because they were so thin I needed to wear a pair of fleece thermal pants underneath to wear in NYC and Toronto December weather! If I rent again in warmer weather I will definitely size down. They were extremely cute and I received compliments on the polkadot pants!

Body hugger
The sweater dress runs on the smaller side and is a stiff knit so if you are between sizes and don’t want too snug of a fit, go up 1 size to be comfortable. I normally wear a medium in everything and this was tight to get on and off over my shoulders and head. I did not end up wearing it to dinner in Toronto because it was too tight. If I were home I would have put on a pair of spanx in order to feel comfortable in the dress. I’ll rent again in a larger size.

Yes, the neck closure and scarf was confusing to figure out and I work in wardrobe and costumes! My assistant and I consulted the model photo online in order to figure out how to dress it properly. That being said, once it was on, the bias cut of the dress made for a beautiful line along the body. I did not wear this for my event however, I chose another dress I had ordered. Maybe l’ll rent again in warmer weather and subject myself to the puzzle again. Haha!

Great crop sweater
Loved the crop cut of this structured sweater and the gold buttons added a nice dressy touch to an otherwise casual look. It hit right at my waist above my hips, so it helped accentuate my curves. I should have purchased it!

It looked great with the gown I wore to my event. It held everything I needed for the night, the main essentials; phone, keys, cards, cash, lipstick & gloss. Has an optional chain for a strap, but it tucks in and closes around it nicely.

Again, I loved these but they were too big. They weren’t as flattering on me with the extra baggy material at waist and through the front and hips so I didn’t wear them as often as I would have in the right size. Can’t wait to rent again in a smaller size.

Definitely order a size up if you plan to wear anything under this other than a tank or a tight fitting shirt. The arms are also extremely snug. It was uncomfortable to bend my arms for any length of time. Haha! A jacket should not cut off circulation when your elbow is bent.

The pants are fabulous wind blockers! The micro fleece lining and faux leather blocks wind and doesn’t even make the material cold against my legs so they are a great late fall & winter pant. I loved them, but could have worn the next size down and they would have looked much better and more flattering on me. The waist was very loose and with the pleating in front there was a lot of bagginess while walking and especially when I sat down.

Vibrant color & statement shoulders
Loved this dress. I wore it for an event, received many compliments. I was nervous about sizing since I am in between sometimes, RTR concierge recommended I go with a 10, I wish I had went with an 8 for more form fitting. I could pinch about 2-3" of material throughout bust, waist and hips. I wore it anyway and it was still a hit. The shoulders were exaggerated, but so fun for the night! They helped me slide up to the bar easily. Haha!

I'm between a size 8 and 10 and I would have preferred to have worn the smaller size. The invisible zipper on the side is a difficult pull at the waist not because of it being a tight waist, but because it is zipping through a seam and double fabric, just like what any invisible zipper would do. They have a pleated front and are a wide leg opening, so they tend to ride up when walking unless I keep my hand in the pocket. I feel like the smaller size with a more fitted waist would have helped with that issue. The shorts are really cute and comfortable and I received compliments on them when walking about in the city. I might buy them!
