I wanted to buy this, but it's snug up top but I perfect everywhere else. The chest is for those who are really petite.

this is the really pretty dress and I did get compliments on it at work. However, the top is extremely small. I have small Cs and they barely fit. The buttons were ready to pop. If you’re anything larger than a small C, I would not recommend this.
