Loved! But run big
I'm usually a 6 and, based on reviews, ordered a 4. They were still probably a size too big. However they are SUPER cute. Paired with a black turtleneck + black pumps and got tons of compliments.

Runs very large.
It's very pretty pretty but big. I'm a 4-6, usually a 6 in bottoms. RTR suggested an xs but I didn't think that could possibly be right so I ordered a small-I should have trusted their recommendation! Does not stay up in its own, but worked ok with a belt.

I loved wearing this! Louder than I would normally buy but this is exactly why I like RTR. Super cute, nice volume in the shoulders/sleeves. Feels nice, even on a hot day.

What should you wear when men should wear suits? This shirt.
Fits beautifully. Enough structure that you don't need a jacket to look and feel armed for a business formal meeting. I don't like wearing suits, but I work in a conservative and male dominated environment and it can be hard to know what to wear. Thank you to this blouse for helping me look and feel both like a woman and also know I am dressed appropriately.
