Loved this conservative yet glam style for a company holiday party!
This was perfect to wear for my husbands company party! It wasn't too loud that you were standing out yet it was different enough (and a total fashion statement) that I received multiple compliments on it. The gold lace and peplum is subtle but so fun and festive for the holidays (or any celebration)! Like the other reviews mention, it is very tight in the hip area and the dress doesn't have really any give or stretch to it. I wore my usual size but I would definitely size up for your backup. I was able to wear a regular bra without any strap issues. Overall loved this look and would rent again!

I don't think this is the best option for a more petite person but it is a cute, classic dress.
I actually ordered a different dress but ended up receiving this one because of a last minute complication. The dress is a lighter grey color as opposed to many of the pictures where it looks almost black. I loved the length (not too long at all) and the synched sleeves and lace bottom hem was super cute. The only complaint is that it is loose fitting and doesn't give any shape around the mid section which wasn't flattering for my figure. I think it runs large in general. For this reason I ended up going with the other option.

Unfortunately it never made it to me.
RTR ended up calling the day before my delivery date to say there was a complication and this dress wouldn't make it. Looks adorable and wish I could have tried it. They did end up sending a very similar dress by the same designer it it's place.

Run's very large. If you are a petite person or typically wear a size zero, not worth it.
This dress has potential to be very cute but unfortunately the fit is just not flattering for a smaller person. I typically wear a zero and this dress was too large to wear. I tried belting it but overall everything from the sleeves, to the length were off. It is more of a shift style than a fitted look which I didn't not find to be flattering for this long sleeve dress.

LOVED this statement piece paired with a simple red dress for Thanksgiving/Holiday Party!
This necklace was the perfect addition to the theory red dress I rented for a Thanksgiving/Holiday Party! I received countless compliments on the necklace. It was adjustable so I could make it fall right at the neckline of the dress. I absolutely loved it and ended up wearing it out the next night with one of my own dresses as well. It is more colorless/glass than the online photos (where it appears to be more gold). I loved it and wish I owned it!! Would definitely rent again!

Perfect for Falll/Thanksgiving paired with a statement necklace!
I loved this dress. It was comfortable and easy to wear. Unlike some of the other reviews, I didn't find it to be too long (I'm 5'5). I paired it with thicker black tights, black ankle boot heels, and a Badgley Mischka Statement Necklace. The necklace added the perfect touch to dress it up a bit. Received multiple compliments and overall was very pleased.
