I wore this for a friend's outdoor wedding in Miami, and it was perfect. The back detail is stunning, and it is a gorgeous shade of blue. Much brighter than it appears on the model. It is close to a colbalt. However, this dress does run small. I fit into my usual size 4, but it was way too tight. Thus, I wore the size 6 which was more flattering and confortable. Great dress!

I didn't end up wearing this dress, because I have hips & a butt and the size 4 felt too snug (my back up was a 2). However, I have to say the dress is gorgeous, and if I had ordered a 6 it would have worked beautifully. Beware, this dress has no give whatsoever. Wish I had known this prior to placing my order. Would consider renting it again for the right occassion.

I am usually between a size 2 and 4 in dresses, I'm 5'5". Thus, I ordered a 2L and 4L. After a long conversation with my go-to girl we decided it was better for the dress to be a bit longer than a bit too short. At 5'5" I was in between the regular and the long, but I knew my heels would be 4" tall and I did not want to risk it. Boy am I glad I went with the long. It was the perfect length. Be warned, this dress does have a bit of a tail and that can get tricky at a big event with lots of dancing. However, I loved the tail and found it manageable. Now for the sizing. This dress does not stretch at all. The material is relatively comfortable, but I would have liked a bit of stretch. I found it stiff when sitting down. Plus, I am a curvy girl. My hips felt a bit tight in the dress, but I was able to walk and dance without a problem. Also, this dress will not work for someone who has a larger chest. I'm a 34B, and the dress fit perfectly. I think it would have been tight on my chest if I were bigger up top. All that said, this dress is AMAZING! It photographs beautifully and I felt like royalty in it. I received a ton of compliments. If you have a big event and want to stand out from the crowd this dress is a winner!

This was my first time using Rent the Runway and I had a great experience. This dress is stunning. It fits beautifully. The material is thick and feels fantastic. It is very flattering. No need to wear Spanx with this dress. I normally wear a 2-4, and the small fit perfectly.
